Please be aware that Monday to Friday deliveries are between 9:00 and 14:00 and Saturday deliveries between 9:00 and 12:00. No deliveries on Sundays. You will need to be at the apartment to sign and receive the package.
IMPORTANT:
Deliveries in Europe require someone to be available all day at the apartment in order to receive the unit.
IMPORTANT:
• Please order the unit with at least 48 hours notice prior to your first rental day.
• If you are ordering with just 24 hour notice, your package will arrive at the pick-up point
sometime between 9:00 and 14:00 on your first rental day.
• We will deliver your unit to the LEFT LUGGAGE / CONSIGNA desk of the airport. You will receive detailed instructions of the pick-up point location in your booking confirmation email.

• At the Barcelona and Madrid airports the unit can ONLY be returned at the Left Lugagge desk by handing the return package directly to the staff working there.
• At the rest of the airports the unit will be returned at the mailboxes located inside the airport.
• The option to return in a Street Mailbox is ONLY AVAILABLE in Spain. If you need to return your unit outside Spain, please don't select this option.
